We at The Tea Garden respect your privacy. We keep all information provided by our customers and visitors on this site confidential and will not share with nor sell any of your information with anybody. If you choose to be on our mailing list, you may be contacted from time-to-time, via e-mail or mail to keep you informed about tea items and special events. If at any time you wish to be removed from our mailing list, e-mail your request to orders@teagarden.biz or phone us at 781-961-9494.

Ordering Online:

If you choose to shop online, simply select the product, the size and quantity and those items will be added to your shopping cart. We use a secure server. It is necessary to collect basic information so that we can confirm, process and ship your order: once an order is submitted, confirmation is immediately sent via-email. Credit Card numbers are not kept on file unless we are requested to do so. Telephone numbers are only used to contact our customers if there is a problem in processing or delivering a shipment.

Mail order:

Download, print and complete a copy of our mail order form. Enclose a check or credit card number and expiration date. We do not accept cash or COD orders. Be sure to include the appropriate shipping charge for each shipping address. Mail the order form to:

Packaging

Our teas are packed depending on size. The 2 oz size is packaged in clear plastic sealed bags (with the exception of some of the herbal tea) and the 4 oz size is packaged brown lined bags. Colorful foil gift bags are also available for both 2 oz and 4 oz orders.

Sales tax

A retail Massachusetts sales tax will be calculated on all non-food items at the rate of 5%. Exempt from sales tax are individual teas and food items.

Shipping information

All our items are carefully packaged and shipped via US Postal Service. Shipping charges are calculated based upon the total dollar amount of the order. Multiple delivery destinations will be treated as individual orders.

Return Policy
